 Factory Rebuild Spindle Details (Using OEM replacement parts)
• 1 year warranty through Makino
• Clamp & Unclamp switches replaced
• All cabling on switches replaced
• Rear Rotary Union for the TSC is replaced
• TSC/Nozzle coolant (all hoses replaced)

 X-AXIS
 Replace Ball Screw & LM Guides
 Replaced over travel & reference switches, as well as cabling for limit switches

 Y-AXIS
 Replace Ball Screw & LM Guides
 Inspect LM guides (If they do not meet factory specification then we will replace with OEM factory parts)
 Replaced over travel & reference switches, as well as cabling for those limit switches

 Z-AXIS
 Replace Ball Screw & LM Guides
 Replace over travel & reference switches, as well as cabling for those limit switches

 Pallet Changer
 Replaced all hoses

 Rebuild hydraulic cylinder
 Inspect and replace if needed the servo motor for Tool Ring
 Replaced the Tool Magazine Operator Door glass

 Hydraulic & Pneumatic Piping/Filters
 Replace all hoses for the entire machine
 Replace any damaged or worn air lines
 Replace all air filters
 Replace all air bowls
 Replace hydraulic filters
 Inspect all hydraulic valves & will replace with factory OEM parts as needed
 Inspect all air valves & will replace with factory OEM parts as needed
 Rebuilt the main hydraulic unit motor
 Replace main hydraulic pump with a new OEM spec pump
 Clean & inspect main machine hydraulic unit
 Spindle Oil Temperature Controller (Chiller)
 Replace all hoses
 Replace filters
 Clean tank
 Clean & inspected radiator on unit (repair if needed)
 Fix & repaired sheet metal on unit & repaint to factory specification
 Make sure the unit is working properly

 Coolant Tank
 Coolant system is Brand New
 1000 PSI Through The Spindle Coolant (Chip Blaster) is also Brand New

 Shower Coolant
 Replace all hoses
 Replace all lines feeding the shower coolant nozzles inside work envelope also replaced
 Shower Coolant system is built back to factory working specification

 Splash Guard
 Replace X-Axis wipers
 Inspect X-Axis cover for damage & repair/replace if needed
 Inspect Y-Axis Cover for damage & repair/replace if needed
 Replace Z-Axis wipers
 Replace operator door glass and seals
 Replace operator door rollers
 Replace Automatic Pallet Changer (APC) windows and seals
 Replace overhead window and seals
 Replace overhead light with LED
 Complete leak test of machine to ensure there are no leaks and that the entire coolant system works to factory specification

 Safety
 Ensured that all E-Stops work for entire machine & coolant system
 Ensured that all over travel switches work properly
 Ensured that all door interlock switches work properly

 Options
 Auto-lube System
 We will Add Auto Lube to the machine. That option was not on the machine.
 Ensured that all axis’ are greased & lubricated properly by unit (to factory specification)

 Cosmetic
 Repaired all sheet metal blemishes
 Painted the machine and coolant system back to factory colors
 Replaced all safety stickers back to OEM specification
 Machine looks just as it was when it was new

 Warranty requirements
 12-month warranty on spindle through Makino
 Downtime Rebuild provides 12-month warranty on machine including control, drives, servo motors.
 Machine must be installed by a certified Downtime Rebuild Service Engineer to ensure the 24- month warranty (*All install costs are Included in the machine price). If you decline the install by a certified Downtime Service Engineer then the machine is then considered “As-is” “Where is” (No warranty).

 Downtime Extras that are included with the Rebuilt Machine
 Will de-install and pack the rebuilt machine at Downtime Rebuild for shipment to customer’s
facility.
 We will load the rebuilt machine onto truck for shipment to customer’s facility.
 Installation of rebuilt machine at customer’s facility by a certified Downtime Rebuild Service
Engineer.
