used Littleford Vacuum Plow Mixer/Dryer, 4000 Liter Capacity (140 Cu.Ft.), Model VT-4000, 304 Stainless Steel. Approximately 54" diameter x 121" straight side with dished ends. Internal rated 15 PSI/VACUUM @ 250 deg.f., stainless steel jacket rated for 75 psi at 250 deg.f.. NB# 1260. S/N 11363. 6" diameter shaft, 8 bolt-on plow blades, 2 end scrapers, provision for 4 choppers, air purged main seals. 50 HP motor, includes Falk gearbox. Various top openings. 6" diameter off-center bottom outlet. Unit mounted on carbon steel frame. Included VFD Control Panel. Last used in Cocoa Powder.
