Liquid Carbonics, Model JE-U4, 40" wide x 256" long, inline, carbon dioxide (C02) refrigerant (2) zone freeze tunnel, with amount of product per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Welded modular stainless steel construction. Equipped with 40" wide x 292" long stainless steel mesh weave product conveyor belt with 33" in feed and discharge height, 256" long chamber with flip up access doors each side and (5) sets of spray nozzels and has top mounted circulation fans and 40" wide x 9" high aperature. Cryogen temperatures can reach as low as -320°F and overall internal freezer temperatures can reach -150°F. Control panel has push button start / stop for fans, infeed / discharge blower, conveyor and cryogen controls. Mounted on multi-leg stainless steel frame.
The Model JE-U4 is easily adjusted to meet the chilling and freezing requirements of a wide variety of both cooked and raw products.
