30 Gallon, 316 stainless steel, steam jacketed mixing kettle. Vessel dimensions: 16" inside diameter x 24" in depth product bowl, with top side mounted prop air mixer, jacket rated at MAWP of 90 psi @ 330°F, 1" OD threaded jacket ports and tilting discharge. Mounted on "A" frame base.
