Two (2) brand-new KONE MonoSpace 300 Machine-Room-Less (MRL) Traction Elevators, purchased for a 4-story commercial project but never installed. These units are in pristine condition, fully crated, stored indoors, and ready for immediate pickup.

The only reason they were not installed is that the building required stretcher-compliant elevators for code compliance. These are standard passenger models and remain exactly as delivered from KONE.

Originally purchased from KONE in 2022 for $220,000 (documentation available). Now selling both units together for $169,000 total ($84,500 each).
