3 cu ft, 316 stainless steel, horizontal, mixer, dryer, heater, cooler with volumes per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 96" Long x 12" Wide x 17" Deep mixing chamber with 4" OD x 96" Long dual counter rotating stainless steel hollow shafts with hollow intermeshing paddles. Full jacket and hollow shafts and paddles rated to 150psi @ 366 deg F, the hollow dual counter rotaing shafts and paddles are used for precise control of temperature, heat transfer, residence time, and high thermal efficiency. Heat transfer medium, of steam, oil, thermal fluid, water, or glycol is isolated from the process mass. 1-3/4" and 7" diameter sanitary top inlets, (2) 4-3/4" diameter top side inlets, 6" long x 6" wide end bottom discharge, e-stop, (4) removeable top mounted lexan panels and powered by 5 hp UL motor drive.
