KOCH SBD-A CUT-OFF BORE & DOWEL INSERTER:
• Specifications:
Working dimensions: length = 280 mm - 1,950 mm (11.0" - 76.7"), thickness 10 mm - 32 mm (.39" - 1.26"), width 50 mm - 320 mm (1.9" - 12.6").
• Equipped with: Hopper in-feed; (2) pneumatically operated overhead Cut-off/trim saws with 3.5 HP (2.6 kW) motor, 300 mm (12") dia. blade cap.
(2) Horizontal 3-spindle boring heads with spindles on fixed 32 mm centers;
(2) 3-head dowel inserting units capable of inserting 8, 10 & 12 mm dia. x 30 mm long dowels.
• Complete with:
SIKO digitals for setup adjustment; operating sequence for parts advance; cut-off saw activation; drill group advance; table advance; dowel inserting;
High-pressure KOCH glue control system; (2) vibrating dowel bowls; return conveyor for 1-man operation.
