Goodway Model CM35, compact, stainless steel, continuous, high shear, rotar, stator, aerator, mixer rated from 250 to 4800 pounds of product per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with double wall mixing chamber for cooliant circulation with 16" OD / 13" ID pyramid shaped mixing head has raidial flow disc with high shear action consisting of front and rear rotor and stator with 2-1/2" OD threaded center finished product outlet port and sanitary seal drive shaft rated from 150psi standard up to 450psi on the CM35. Bottom product pump with 2" OD threaded in/outlet ports. Control panel has mixer / pump speed control dials, head pressure regulator and pump and mixer hand, auto, off switches. Mounted on a stainless steel common base frame. Continuous mixer aerates cake batter, creme fillings, marshmallow, icings, whipped creme, butter and many others.

450 gallon, 304 stainless steel, slant bottom holding tank. Vessel Dimensions: 46" diameter x 90" deep with a 45" straight wall. Equipped with a 3½"OD / 3"ID Seated Bevel style bottom discharge with 8" ground clearance. Mounted on (4) legs.
