Giddings & Lewis Operator Station Board 501-04305-00 +19V to +35V DC

This listing is for a Giddings and Lewis Operator Station Board bearing part number 501-04305-00 and assembly number 502-03419-00, Revision 2, dated May 1988. The board is silkscreened OP STATION BD along the bottom edge and is designed for use within the Giddings and Lewis CNC operator interface platform.

Two Ericsson EriPower on-card DC/DC converter modules are prominently mounted on the board. The first, model PKA 2314 P, accepts an input of +19V to +35V DC and provides a +12V output at 30W. The second, model PKA 2231 P, accepts the same input range and provides regulated outputs of +5V, +12V, and -12V at 25W total. Both modules are manufactured in Sweden by Ericsson. Additional onboard components include a Vitec 54P2892 transformer, Magnecraft relay devices, a TI International connector, TND903 devices, and supporting passive and logic components throughout.

GND, +5V, +12V, and -12V power connections are labeled along the left edge of the board. This board serves as the power distribution and operator station interface module within compatible Giddings and Lewis CNC control systems of the late 1980s generation. Compatibility should be verified against OEM documentation prior to installation. Unit is offered as removed and has not been tested or recertified.
