Gettys SCR Servo Drive 11-1015-13

Used in CNC machine tools such as Cincinnati Milacron, Giddings and Lewis, and Monarch lathes and machining centers, the Gettys N350 is a three phase half wave SCR servo controller designed to convert AC line voltage to regulated DC output for servo motor control. The PCB assembly carries the part number 11-1015-13 with revision A marking and secondary board reference EL73370-1 visible on the main PCB edge. The N350 platform operates on a three phase input in the 240 to 300 VAC range per published Gettys specifications for this series. The power stage features six SCR devices arranged in pairs across three heatsink columns, each with associated gate drive circuitry. Three piggyback gate drive sub-boards marked with the Gettys model designation are mounted on an elevated rail above the SCR assembly. The main board includes terminal blocks TB1 and TB2 with labeled signal, power, enable, and fault connections numbered 1 through 23. On-board fusing, a 3300 uF filter capacitor, and +24 VDC and -24 VDC power rails are also visible. The assembly measures approximately 12 by 14 inches based on visual reference. This is an obsolete legacy component with no current production replacement available from the original manufacturer.
