Gaulin, Model 125E, two stage, stainless steel homogenizer. Rated output capacity of 125 gallons per hour – depending on materials and application. Maximum operating pressure up to 2500 psi. Equipped with poppet valve cylinders and standard style valve seat. manual homogenizing valve actuator assembly with a 2" OD / 1½" ID Tri-clamp style charge port, 2" OD / ¼" ID Seated bevel style discharge port and pressure gage up to 5000 psi. Poppet valve head is ideally suited for low-viscosity, moderately abrasive products, like ice cream mixes and dairy products, vegetable oils, and silicone emulsions. Standard valve seat is used for most emulsion and dispersion applications.
