Fuji Foremost, Model GTSBLXF2, Automatic, stainless steel, horizontal, bagger. Rated from 20 to 90 bags per minute – depending on materials and application. 316 stainless steel shaft construction with 304 stainless steel covers. Product size range: 6" to 15" in Length; 3" to 8" in Width. Maximum Bag size: 20" in Length. Equipped with (2) 30" long x 10" wide product in feed spacing conveyors, (4) product pusher paddles set on 38" centers and bag gripper with air assist bag opener and product assist discharge. Control panel has A/B PLC controller and A/B Panelview with high / low pressure air nozzle, air cylinder open and carriage control dials with run, jog, stop, e-stop push buttons and statis light bar. Mounted on stainless steel frame with flip up safety guarding.

Automatically inserts product into preformed polyethylene bags. Ideal for bagging bread loaves, crackers, frozen ears of corn, surgical supplies, bar soap and a wide range of other products
