Formpak Inc, Model 500HT, Bulk bag, unloading system rated up to 2,200 lb capacity with number of bags per hour – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Equipped with 92" long I-Beam and Harrington 35" long x 36" wide spider lift bag attachment that allows lifting of various size bulk bags up to 2,200 lb capacity, with hoist and trolley powered by 1.2 Hp motor drive and has flanged mounted product receiving chamber with Coperion K-Tron vibratory agitation and auger feeder with Iris discharge valve for product flow control by volume. Control panel has start and pause / reset scale, auto off and on switches, reset and e-stop push buttons with hand held controller. Discharges into Rice Lake weigh auger feeder. Mounted on heavy-duty box tube structural design frame.
