Major Drivetrain Repairs

Rear Axle & Differential (October 2025): Brand new rear differential center installed. New rear axles were fitted and measured, topped off with fresh 75W-90 differential gear oil.
4x4 System (October 2025): Both front 4x4 locking hubs have been completely replaced to restore full four-wheel-drive functionality.
Driveline (April 2025): Driveline reinstalled, with bolts treated with Loctite and torqued to spec.
Engine & Recent Maintenance
Engine Service (October 2025): Fresh preventative maintenance completed. Replaced engine oil (15W-40 T4 Synthetic) and oil filter. Fuel system serviced with a new fuel filter and fuel water separator.
Exhaust System (October 2025): Both left and right exhaust manifold gaskets were replaced to fix leaks. Up-pipes and clamps were retorqued.
Belts & Pulleys (October 2025): Installed a brand new serpentine belt, belt tensioner, and idler pulley to eliminate squealing under load.
Electrical (October 2025): Two brand new batteries installed. Includes a custom-fabricated, heavy-duty battery hold-down bracket. Fixed parasitic draw issues, reducing current draw to an excellent 3mA.
Steering & Suspension (May 2026): Diagnosed and repaired a power steering leak.
Interior & Additional Notes
Horn (October 2025): Faulty steering wheel switch bypassed; a new city horn was installed and wired.
Interior Condition (October 2025): The sagging headliner fabric was fully removed, leaving a clean, bare headliner.
