Description
FMC Paddle Finisher. Model 50. Finisher is equipped with (4) 22 in. L x 1-1/2 in. W paddles. Inlet: 3 in. dia. threaded. Product that passes through the screen is collected in a bottom mounted hopper with center discharge port (4 in. Tri-Clamp). Product overs / pomace is discharged from rectangular outlet at opposite end of the motor. Unit is not complete and the end plate does not look to be original. Nameplate is missing, unit appears to be an FMC 50. Fine screens can be mounted on the 7/8 in. x 7/8 in. cradle (available in 0.020, 0.023, 0.027, 0.033, 0.040, 0.045, 0.060, 0.078, 0.093, 0.125, 0.375, 0.500 inches). These are commonly used with large screens for pulping and finer screens for finishing. Overall dimensions: 63 in. L x 32 in. W x 35 in. H.
