Used 36" Dia. Flexicon Filter Receiver Cartridge Collector w/Fike Explosion Vent
For material separation in a pneumatic conveying system airstream with pulse-jet filter cleaning.
Contains a quantity of fourteen- spun bond polyester cartridge filters.
Filtration Area: 290 square feet
Pressure Rating: 7.25PSI
Housing Dimensions: 36" X 128" tall
Inlet: 4" O.D. sleeve
Outlet: 6" flange with 4" O.D. sleeve adapter
Solids Discharge: 20" flap type pneumatic dump valve with 26" spout skirt
Included components:
14 cu/ft capacity Type "R" receiving hopper for semi-free flowing powders with tri-mounts.
Flameless explosion vent & flame quench assembly (14" flange connection).
Side-mounted inspection door & top filter access with davit lift assist.
NEMA 4 control enclosure with solenoid valves and filter timer controller.
Unit will require 120V, 1PH, 60Hz AC power and 60-80PSI compressed air.
Total height required for filter removal: approx. 158"
