Federal, Model 3615, Automatic, stainless steel, 36 head rotary, pressure gravity filler and 15 foil press head rotary capper, rated from 36 to 200 containers per minute – depending on materials and application Equipped with star wheel container in feed and discharge, 48" turrett with (36) J3 double diapragm 1" OD fill to level nozzles, set on 4" centers and 48" OD x 12" Deep product holding tank with CIP ring and 15 head rotary foil press capper (needs cap heads) with 24" turrett set on 4" centers. Control panel has A/B PLC with pump on / off, bowl up / down, heat on / off, Amp meter and start, stop, and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame. Capable of running bottled water, juice, tea and both cold or hot fills.
