EREMA RECYCLING PLANT COAX 2011 Eco SAVE NEW 2011 LOW HOURS
EREMA recycling systems are used for the recycling of thermoplastic waste.
Recycling is implemented in one operating step by means of the COAX@
plant (cutter / extruder combination).
The new implemented ecoSAVE technology results in
a reduction of the power consumption and therefore in
a reduction of the CO2 emissions.
Input material to be processed:
PP sheet up to 30 % glasfiber amount, production waste,
preportioned to 14 x 14 inch (350 x 350 mm)
unprinted to slightly printed, clean, max. input moisture for each
individual plant feeding sequence 1 %, free of abrasive and corrosive
contamination as well as free of PVC; direct feeding of large portions
/ lumps without precutting according to feeding hopper dimensions.
Output capacity of quoted system:
up to 170 200 kg/ hr (600 LBS/HOUR PP)
