Description
The ENERPAT WG-600S is an industrial copper wire granulator machine developed for recycling scrap copper and aluminum cables on a larger production scale. It is designed to process waste electrical wires, communication cables, and other recyclable non-ferrous cables while separating valuable metal from insulation.
Powered by a 41 kW motor, the WG-600S delivers a processing capacity of approximately 3–4 tons per day, or 450–600 kg/h, making it suitable for recycling companies and scrap metal processors that require consistent daily output.
Industrial Cable Recycling Performance
The WG-600S can process cable materials with diameters ranging from 0.2 to 20 mm. During operation, the cable is processed and separated into reusable metal granules and insulation material, allowing the recovered copper or aluminum to be collected for further recycling.
Depending on the cable composition and operating conditions, the system can achieve a separation rate of up to 99%.
