Description
The ENERPAT MSB-ETY1600 Double Shaft Tire Recycling Shredder is an industrial tire shredder designed for primary size reduction of whole scrap tires in commercial recycling operations. It processes passenger tires, truck tires, agricultural tires, and OTR tires into consistent tire chips for downstream applications including Tire Derived Fuel (TDF), pyrolysis, and rubber recycling systems.
With a processing capacity of approximately 3 TPH, the MSB-ETY1600 is built for continuous tire recycling operations. The low-speed, high-torque dual-shaft design allows whole tires to be processed directly without pre-cutting, helping reduce labor requirements and improve recycling efficiency.
