The ENERPAT tire recycling plant is a 3 TPH industrial tire shredding system designed for processing passenger car tires, truck tires, and large OTR mining tires.

The line includes the MSB-ETY1600 dual-shaft tire shredder for primary shredding and the MSA-R1600 tire wire separator for secondary shredding and rubber-steel separation.

With a stable processing capacity of up to 3 tons per hour, the system reduces whole tires to ≤100 mm chips, then processes them down to ≤15 mm rubber chips while achieving up to 96% steel wire separation efficiency.

The system adopts a modular design, allowing recyclers to start with standalone shredding equipment and expand gradually into a complete tire recycling line by adding grinding, magnetic separation, and sorting modules. This scalable configuration helps reduce initial investment while supporting future production expansion.

The line recovers valuable outputs including rubber granules, rubber powder, and steel wire. Rubber can be processed into 2–7 mm granules or 60-mesh to 5 mm powder, or produced as low-steel rubber chips (≤1% steel content) suitable for pyrolysis systems and other recycling applications.

Based on a 3 TPH tire recycling line operating 10 hours per day with truck tires (~70% rubber, 30% steel):

• Daily throughput: 3 t/h × 10 h = 30 tons/day
