Wabash Power works with Eco, Inc out of Tulsa, OK to build Economizers that are paired with our rental boilers. Economizers take energy from flue gas, which would otherwise vent to the atmosphere, and use it to heat incoming feedwater. Boiler operators can save 4-6% on fuel usage when operating a steam boiler with an economizer. It is not uncommon for some packaged boilers to burn $3,000,000 USD or more worth of fuel in a year. Not only will this save on operating costs, but it will reduce emissions since the user burns less fuel. We carry economizers for all of our mobile rental boilers (40,000 PPH to 82,500 PPH) as well as our skid mounted packages up to 250,000 PPH.
