E-Pak, 6 head, inline, Stainless Steel, positive displacement filler, with 19' x 7-1/2" delran container conveyor, A/B Control

E-Pak, 6 head, inline, stainless steel, positive displacement filler rated from 10 to 50 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. All 316 stainless steel contact parts and gear pumps. Fill range: 3oz to gallon with +/- 2% on 3oz fills. Capable of handling most type of products from low to medium to high viscosity liquids as well as foamy product with a temperature range from 0 to 220 Deg F into a wide variety of containers all with proper change parts. Equipped with 228" long x 7-1/2" wide plastic delron product in feed conveyor with bimba indexing drip pan, 72" long hand crank height adjustable slide bar and (6) 316 stainless steel sanitary gear pumps with 3/4" OD filling nozzles and (2) flow pumps for each fill head with positvie cut off. Control panel has A/B controller with touch pad controls and panel view with pressure air tank. Mounted on stainless steel base frame.
