Used 2.5 Ton Dynamic Air BulkBuster Bulk Bag Unloader w/ Conveying Transporter

Heavy duty construction with stainless steel material contact surfaces
For clean discharging of bulk bags with internal dust collection using twin bayonet-mounted cartridge filters and a 5HP Cincinnati SPB series fan
Bag loading is handled by a 3 ton R&M Spacemaster SX series wire rope hoist with inverter-controlled trolley, wireless remote pendant, and a 10,000LB RF crane scale
Included are glovebox hopper with sight glass for bag untie, bag jostlers, and a bag closing mechanism
Product is gravity fed into a pneumatic conveying transporter vessel with 3" convey line connection
Controlled by a pedestal-mounted Allen Bradley Panelview 1000 touch interface
Supply: 460VAC, 60Hz, 3ph and compressed air
The assembled system has a footprint of 66" X 79" and stands 31'-1" tall
Mezzanine required for hopper/bag access
The dense phase transporter system uses compressed air (not blower) & can easily convey the same (or even much longer) distances than a blower truck.
