Description
Ducon Technologies Inc. Multivane Gas Scrubber. Model II UW-4. Type L. Size: 90. Inlet / outlet gas flow: 27,000 CFM at 70F. Scrubber liquid requirement: 57 gpm @15psig. (3) manways at 21 in. Dia. Motor: US Electricals, 1770 rpm, 230/460V, 87.5/175 amps, 60 Hz, 3 phase. (5) belts connected to (2) pulleys, motor is 9 in. and drive is 21 inches. Safety equipment includes a caged platform access ladder and a welded ladder for access to the top of the scrubber. Applications include chemical, milling and paint industries as this scrubber is suited for heavy dust loads, abrasive materials and slurry recycle. Formerly in use with Crane Plumbing for extracting fumes from an automated spray booth in one of their porcelain making facilities. Outlets: (2) bottom rectangular shaped 13 in. W x 49 in. H, (1) 5 in., (1) 3-1/2 in. threaded, (1) 4-1/2 in., flanged with (12) 1 in. size bolts approximately 4 in. apart. Scrubber overall dimensions: 23 ft. 7 in. H x 91 in. Dia. Overall dimensions of unit: 18ft. 1 in. L x 17 ft. 11 in. W x 33 ft. 10.5 in. H.(ACN617).
