THE CHICAGO DREIS & KRUMP BPO-414-6 IS A BOX AND PAN FINGER BRAKE DESIGNED FOR BENDING SHEET METAL. KEY SPECIFICATIONS INCLUDE A BENDING LENGTH OF 4 FEET (48 INCHES) AND A BENDING CAPACITY OF 14 GAUGE MILD STEEL. THE CAPACITY IS AFFECTED BY THE REINFORCING ANGLE BAR (SS) POSITION AND INSERT BAR THICKNESS; CAPACITY IS REDUCED BY FOUR GAUGES IF THE ANGLE BAR IS REMOVED, AND BY SEVEN GAUGES WHEN USING A 1/4" INSERT BAR. APPROXIMATE DIMENSIONS ARE 70" L X 32" W X 50" H, WITH SHIPPING DIMENSIONS OF 90" X 53" X 60" H, OR 102" L-R X 36" F-B X 61" H. THE APPROXIMATE WEIGHT IS 2000 LBS, WITH A SHIPPING WEIGHT OF 2065 LBS. THIS MODEL IS CAPABLE OF BENDING A ONE-PIECE BOX OR PAN (FOUR SIDES AND BOTTOM) AND MAKING NARROW FLANGES ON THE TOPS OF BOXES. IT COMES EQUIPPED WITH A FULL SET OF BOX AND PAN FINGER ASSEMBLIES, INCLUDING REMOVABLE NOSE BARS, AND CAN ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL NOSE BARS LIKE RADIUS TYPES.
