Description
Douglas, Model Flighted Case Former, automatic, intermittent motion, case former and hot melt glue sealer. Rated from 5 to 30 cases per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Case size range: 5" to 13" in Length; 12" to 18" in Width; 4" to 8" in Height. Equipped with (4) chain lugged system set on 18" centers with 3" wide x 4" high lugs, 45" long powered blank case magazine, reciprocating (4) suction cup pick and place, flap plows and closers, Nordson hot melt glue system, side compression discharge. Control panel has A/B PLC with A/B PanelView touch screen controller and interlocking safety guarding. Mounted on heavy duty base frame.
