Description
Bosch / Doboy, Model GS1000S, High speed, mount over conveyor, double fold, hot melt glue, bag sealer. Rated up to 100 feet per minute, with number of bags – depending on materials and application. Bag size: 3 to 20lbs. Bag Width: 3½" to 15". Equipped with 183" Long x 4½" Wide product conveyor, top bag carrier chain, single pair of heat seal bars to seal inner laminate layer, outer glue seal station with Nordson hot melt glue unit, (2) fold stations, rotary trimmer and compression section. Control panel has glue gun, glue heat and glue on / off switches, temperature and variable speed controls, run / jog, start and e-stop buttons with Lexan safety guarding. Mounted on (4) leg frame with locking casters.
