The SPRINT 65 linear design, with its massive base and 55 degree slanted bed, ensures the best chip disposal possible, due to the durability of the machine. The most complex milling operations can be performed by the standard equipped water-cooled spindle motors with hydraulic collet fittings and the three servo turret heads and driven tools with 23.1 ft/lbs torque and a Y-axis. The Y-axis, integrated into slide 3 and designed with 90 degree angles, guarantees excellent strength. The linear drive on this slide leads to the highest repeat accuracy and process safety.
The work area design of the SPRINT 65 linear features a Y-axis on both sides and 36 driven tools.
