Description
This stapler/binder is made by Deluxe Stitcher and is a Model #ESA-1585 and is part of their M2 product line & includes manuals & parts list. It is the ideal unit for print shops & binderies requiring rapid output of production. It is especially suited for flat and saddle work ranging in thickness from 2 pages to 1/4". The head wire size is 21-25 round or flat with a moveable clincher for flat stitching. And table features a 26" wide heavy duty surface with a 14" throat for flat & saddle work. Mechanical speed for 190 stitches per minute, depending on operators efficiency. Unit is 115-volt single phase and draws 8.1 amps, with a 1/2" H.P. motor. Serial number is 160003M2 and it is on casters, so portable and best yet, USA MADE! New this unit was $9500.00, so should be a great buy for someone out there in the Surplus Record World!
