Delkor Model SP500i Spot-Pak, automatic, stainless steel, flat pad product loader with number of products and flat pads per minute – depending on materials, application and pack pattern. Equipped with 36" long flat pad magazine with single head (6) suction cup recipercating pic place, with 84" long x 22" wide flat pad transfer conveyor. Nordson hot melt glue applicator which applies spots of glue to secure and stablize containers to flat blank to maintain package integrity during transfer. 96" long x 18" wide flexlink product conveyor, with (2) axis (6) suction cup single head product pick and place loading arm which picks from product conveyor to load the flat blank. Remote control panel and A/B onboard touch pad with panelview controller, has start, stop, reset and e-stop push buttons with main and remote mode switch with statis light bar. Mounted on (4) leg adjustable height frame with interlock safety guarding.
