used-cumberland model 18x37 granulator with 18" x 37" feed throat, designed for film granulation. features a 5-knife steep angle step adjustable rotor with 10 knife segments and (2) bed knives. belt driven by a 100 hp, 460 volt, 1780 rpm motor with gravity discharge. equipped with a 6" diameter x 37" wide knurled and grooved offset feed roll with pneumatic pinch and feed roll trumpet. feed rolls are chain and sprocket driven by a 7.5 hp, 1750/1930 rpm continuous duty dc motor through a reliance 2.76:1 gearbox. mounted on leg base with swing-out chamber door on the downstroke side for chamber access. starter and controls not included. suitable for granulating film materials and plastic scrap for recycling and reprocessing applications.
