Cozzoli, model RM110, automatic inline intermittent motion stainless steel monoblock, fill, plug and screw cap system. Rated up to 110 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Fill range up to 120ml single dose and 360ml on multiple doses with proper change parts. Capable of handling straight sided, rounds, oval and rectangle containers. Maximum container diameter of 2”. Plug size range of: (5/16)” to 1(1/8)”. Cap size range of: 5/16″ to 1”. Equipped with 3” wide x 141″ long container conveyor, worm screw to star wheel container indexing, (4) head piston filler, 21″ diameter plug sorting bowl, 8 head 2-up plugger, 21″ diameter cap sorting bowl, 8 head 2-up capper and 2 head torque station.
