This 100HP Dewatering Pump Station Package is complete with a weather-proof, all-temperature enclosure with heating and ventilation, a separate electrical/control room, and a main mechanical room housing a 100HP dewatering pump assembly capable of delivering 3400 GPM. This package is suitable for mining and water/wastewater applications.
Structural Specifications
- Enclosure is a 255" x 120" x 110" (LxWxH) standard steel shipping container, metal-lined and insulated with a demising wall to divide the mechanical/electrical rooms
- Separate insulated doors to the the mechanical/electrical rooms
- The pumphouse is suitable for all-weather and temperatures between -50C to +30C
- Walls, ceiling, and doors are finished with minimum 4" Thermawall (R32), secured to strapping welded throughout the interior of the container and doors
- Mechanical room contains a 3ft. x 4ft. triple-pane window with a screen
- Structure contains an electrical panel with LED ceiling lighting ,switches, duplex receptables, and 2 x 500W ceiling hung fan forced heaters with a fan-mode for warm weather
