Description
Automatic, horizontal form / fill / seal capable of up to 40 packages per minute. Has 2 1/8" minimum package length, 1" minimum package width, six paired rollers, 4-sided sealing, 16"W sealing head, cut-off knife, and two lateral cutting wheels. Equipped with Electrocam PLS, Direct Logic PLC, E-stop, top/bottom temperature controllers for cross seal, top/bottom temperature controllers for side seal, registration, tear notch, missing pill detection, production counter, and gate motion auditory alarm. Last running three 3" wide packages. Mounted on painted steel frame with heigh adjustable legs.Requires infeed per your applicationi.
