Description
This Chemineer 3HTA20 jacketed stainless steel reactor features a working capacity of 2,600 gallons. The vertical vessel is constructed with a double-wall jacket and aluminum cladding insulation, mounted on a skid base. The agitation system is powered by a 20 HP WEG motor operating at 575V, 3 PH, and 60 Hz with a motor speed of 1755-1800 RPM and an output speed of 155 RPM. The motor is TEFC explosion-proof and rated for Class I, Zone 1 hazardous locations. Internal features include a helical heating coil, a central agitator shaft with impeller, and structural baffles.
