used- c.e king model tc-8 technocount electronic channel caplet/capsule counter. has 8 lanes, designed for accurately counting tablets, capsules and drage (up to a maximum of 25mm diameter in counts of between 1 and 10,000) into a wide range of bottles and containers. the filling rate is adjustable and dependent on the characteristics of both bottle and product. a bulk product hopper retains and progressively delivers tablets to a vibratory feeder tray which allows controlled and smooth feeding of product. the vibratory tray can be adjusted to change the rate of product feed in conjunction with the adjustable hopper gate. an integrated sieve tray also separates any unwanted chips and dust which are then removed by a vacuum take-off.
