- one(1) used Carman Fluid Bed Dryer,
- 40" wide perforated bed, 15' long, 304 stainless steel
- Three zones - 5'9", 5'9", last zone is 2'9" last used as a cooling zone.
- 304 stainless steel bed with holes not slots, 9/64" diameter drilled holes
- Dryer has (2) 2 hp motors, 3 phase, 230/460 voltage
- Exhaust hood has 3 access doors
- Equipped with a Carman Vibratory Feeder, 48" x 84"
- Feeder has 2 vibratory motors
- Feeder is on 8' high legs, Feed trough equipped with a bolt on cover
- Dryer discharges to a Carman Vibratory Tumbler for dusting pellets
- Zone 1 - 40 hp NY blower, 7900 CFM
- Zone 2 - 25 hp NY blower, 5900 CFM
- Zone 3 - 15 hp NY blower, 2400 CFM
- Each blower is equipped with 2 radiators - one for cooling(glycol) one for heat (hot oil)
- We have the radiators but not the heat and cooling source
- Unit comes with owners manual, schematics, prints
