Description
Used Brown 2525 (1998) Thermoformer for Sale. This thermoforming machine handles a maximum mold size of 25″ x 25″ and runs a 72″ ceramic top oven, with the heater upgraded to 5 zones for closer heater control. Indexing is servo driven, the form station plate drive is hydraulic, and the pneumatic trim station is rated at 72 tons. Control is by PLC. The machine was rebuilt in 2013 by Genesis Machine and is equipped with a stacker, steel rule die machine, unwind stand, and web winder. It is under power and can be seen running for an inspection.
