BOTTERO 340 BCS - J EVO Cutting Line + BOTTERO 103 BBM Tilting Break Out Table (6100 x 3300 mm - JUMBO)Highly versatile Glass Cutting Table with completely digital operation, thus enabling a high control of the cutting speed and accuracy. The system consists of an air cushioned fixed plane in tubular steel and covered with an anti-friction felt. The loading of the glass sheets is by means of tilting forks, driven by electrical cylinders that can be also used to unload the cut glasses or to turn the sheet when cutting glasses.Elimination of the hydraulic components (oil pump, pipes, gaskets, solenoid valves,) by electric drive guarantees the smoothness of the upward and downward movements needing no servicing. 340 BCS is equipped with a controlled rotating axis head (C-axis), driven by a brushless motor for the execution of both, straight and shaped cuts.linking them to the type of glass making the use of the machine simple and intuitive. The electronic control of all the parameters (pressure, speed, cutting acceleration, quantity of oil on cut, head descent time, beginning of cut head pressure delta) is constantly ensured by the machine control program. In this way there is an excellent and constant cutting quality which permits a good glass breakout.
