Equipped with 10 stations at 7" index, 4-1/2"H clips, top heat sealing bar, top cooling bar, HiBar volumetric precision pump 4F3R-174-432 volume range 0-174 ml in a single 3" maximum stroke, suitable for hot fill, and equipped with product bypass system for product at low temperature, plus nitrogen flush. Variable speed frequency speed controller. Electro craft servo driven index with re-setable clutch. Boom mounted Allen Bradley Panelview 550 controller with open interface PLS system, drive stop button , pouch fail alert. Full lexan guarding with interlocks and completely enclosed filling and sealing station in a pressurized box with filter. Last running fruit juice pouches.
