Bivans Model 72SL, Semi automatic, vertical, continuous motion, hot melt glue cartoner rated from 20 to 120 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 7/8" to 5" in Length; ¾" to 3½" in width; 2¼" to 10" in Depth. Equipped with (3) chains adjustable unit set on 6" centers. 30" long blank carton magazine with recipacting single arm vacuum cup pick and place, 48" operator load area, Nordson hot melt glue system, major and minor flap closers with 38" long x 3½" wide discharge conveyor. Control panel has start / stop buttons, on / off switches and speed dial controls. Mounted on painted steel frame with interlock safety guarding and screw style leveling legs.
