The Bihl+Wiedemann BWU1569 is an AS-i 3.0 PROFIBUS Gateway housed in a stainless steel enclosure, designed for use in industrial automation systems requiring integration between AS-Interface field networks and PROFIBUS control architectures. The unit operates as a 2-master gateway, supporting two AS-i circuits from a single integrated power supply rated at 30V (6W) per AS-i network.
