Bartelt Model IM712, Automatic, horizontal, mechanical driven, intermittent motion, form, fill, seal machine with single head auger filler rated from 12 to 60 pouches per minute – depending on materials and application. Pouch size range: 2" to 5-3/4" in Width; 2" to 9-1/2" in Length. Equipped with chain feed pouch conveyor and has 12 stations set on 7" centers, forming plow, with tension rollers, pouch side seal and cut-off stations, suction cup pouch opener, single head auger filler with controller, spinning wheel top pouch dust-off and heat seal bar with pouch pick-off station. 18" OD maximum film roll, with 20" maximum web width, on 1" OD core. Control panel has PLS controls with auger, start, run, jog, registration, top, bottom and side heat seal control switches with start, stop e-stop and web feed push button controls. Mounted on heavy duty frame with cage style safety guarding.
