BACCI TTF1 T2M Cabinet Miter Door Machine Cutting boring and moulding machine, designed for 45 miter frame door production, with each cycle the parts are trimmed drilled and finger jointed; single sided cutting-boring-molding machine. Equipped with: -- Hydraulic control of table stroke; ball bushing and ground and hardened guides for the table movement; high precision cutter holder spindle moulding unit with automatic return. Features: -- PLC allows any combination of the cutting boring moulding operations, designed for 45 miter frame door production, with each cycle the parts are trimmed drilled and finger jointed, and a complete joint is produced with each cycle. Complete with: -- 3 HP Saw motor with 400 mm blade dia.; 7-1/2 HP shaper motor, 60 mm boring depth, (2) shaping units, (1) clockwise and (1) counter clockwise, 35 mm shaft dia., 8,000 RPM spindle speed; max. size of tools 160 mm dia. x 120 mm height.
