Arpac, Model S18-DC, Horizontal, continuous motion, flow thru shrink wrapper and bottom lap sealer with model XT18 shrink tunnel rated from 0 to 150 linear feet and 0 to 120 packages per minute – depending on materials, application and product stability. Product size range: Infinite in length: up to 18" in Width; and 8" in Height per application. Equipped with 89" long lugged in feed conveyor with 1½" wide x 3" high lugs set on 36" centers, into flow wrapper forming plow, with 16" long x 13¾" wide conveyor pulling film and product to 7¾" long x 9" wide belt conveyor thru the 19" wide vertical cross seal jaws and overlapping bottom film static lap seal and 35" long x 9" wide discharge conveyor. Film roll: center fold with maximum film width of 25" and roll OD up to 16" with servo driven film rolls and perf wheels. Control panel has A/B controller with A/B HMI touch screen controls and has seal bar temperature controllers, manual / jog, cycle start and on / off controls with e-stop and statis light bar. Mounted on (4) leg base frame with safety guarding.

Arpac, Model XT18, Convection shrink tunnel has 12" in Height; 21" in Width total aperture with 73" Long shrink heat chamber, 86" long x 17¼" wide composit product conveyor thru illuminated shrink chamber with viewing window and blowers. Swivel control panel has variable speed temperature and air velocity controls. Mounted on heavy duty frame with casters and leveling legs.
