Description
Arpac Model TS37 and XT18, horizontal continuous motion, side seal shrink wrapper and tunnel. Product size range: 3-1/2" to 60" in Length; 2" to 16" in Width; 1/4" to 7-1/2" in Height. Equipped with 72" long lugged in feed conveyor, LDPE walking beam cross seal jaws and next generation side seal assembly. Features Allen Bradley PLC, interlocked guarding, pull out film carriage, no product detection, perf, scrap removal, jog and E-Stop.
Film specifications: up to 39" wide single wound film on 3" OD core; up to 14" in diameter.
Shrink tunnel: Aperture: 24" in Width; 14" in Height; tunnel 72" in Length. Equipped with 120" long x 22" wide conveyor, top mounted blower with variable speed and temperature controls. Mounted on height adjustable legs.
Speed dependent on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity.
