Description

Arpac Model 105FFS-60, automatic, intermittent motion, inline, shrink wrapper and tunnel with number of product per minute – depending on materials and application. Product size: up to 51" in Width x 10" in Height. Equipped with 80" long x 51" wide flexlink conveyor in feed and 70" long x 51" wide eagle belt in feed conveyor and 90"long x 51" wide in feed conveyor, dual roll film unwind stand for film up to 128" wide film rolls 61" wide sealing jaw, with 10" high vertical lift. Dual zone heat shrink tunnel with 52" wide x 13-1/2" high aperture x 94" long heat chamber with (2) hot air re-circulation fans (one for each heat zone). Control panel has A/B PLC, with seal bar and (2) heat tunnel temperature controllers, E-stops, status indicator lights, barrier guarding with electrical interlocks, and (4) shrink tunnel belt cooling fans.
