Arpac, Model 55TW-28, Inline, continuous. shrink bundler rated from 10 to 55 bundles per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Product size range: 6" to 16" in Length; 6" to 18" in Width; 2" to 10" in Height. Side mounted single-wound film roll: 27" in width; and 14" in diameter; with 3" core. Equipped with 26" long x 20" wide in-feed conveyor, 30" wide seal jaws with 10" vertical travel and 40" long x 19" wide transfer conveyor to single zone shrink tunnel with 30” wide x 18" high total aperture and 70" long tunnel with 112" long x 29" wide flex link product conveyor with top mounted blower and has discharge end cooling fan. Control panel has A/B touch pad controls and readout, start / stop / e-stop / manual seal push button controls and digital temperature controller for seal bar and tunnel cooling fan on / off switch and statis light bar.
