Arpac Model 108-54, automatic, right angle in feed side seal, shrink bundler rated from 10 to 20 bundles per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with (2) 4" wide x 108" long right angle product in feed conveyor, dual top and bottom 54" in width; 14" in diameter on 3" diameter cores, film carriages single product pusher arm, 54" wide heat seal jaw x 22" vertical height with dual side fold and dual 22" long side flip up tack sealers with 24" long dual eagle product conveyors to shrink tunnel. A/B PLC has touch pad controller with read out and tunnel, seal bar, left and right side tack seal temperature controllers and interlock safety guarding.
Arpac Tunnel, single zone heat shrink tunnel with 56" wide x 23" high total aperture x 80" long shrink chamber, single top mounted blower drive, 52" wide x 120" long flexlink product conveyor, top rear cooling fan and end vertical side film smoothing compression rollers.
